What Quill Clip is for
Quill Clip makes text transcripts of public videos for your personal use: to read along, take notes, or follow instructions. Respect the creators. Don't republish transcripts as your own, and follow the original platform's rules and the law where you live.
Fair use of the service
Free use has daily limits, which may change. Don't automate requests, try to get around the limits, or use Quill Clip to harm anyone. We may block access that does.
Accuracy
Transcripts come from captions or automatic speech recognition and can contain mistakes. AI answers you get after sharing a transcript come from that AI provider, not from us. Check anything that matters, especially health, safety, legal or money advice, before acting on it.
No affiliation
Quill Clip is an independent product by Quill Hound. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Anthropic or OpenAI. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.
No warranty
Quill Clip is provided "as is" and may change or stop working at any time, for example if a video platform changes how it serves videos. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it.
